Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer and we will do our best to make this happen during the first thirty (30) days after receipt of your product, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your purchased item for a refund or exchange for the same item. If you choose to make such a return for replacement or exchange, your credit card will be billed an additional $20 to cover handling and shipping cost of sending you the replacement piece of jewelry. If you choose to simply return an item for refund, we will refund the original purchase price less $15 original shipping cost.
To return any PlatinumOvernight item from any location within the USA, follow this simple three- step process:
- Fill out our Return Authorization Form. To download our Return Authorization Form, please right click and save as .PDF Format OR .DOC format.
- Place the item, the Return Authorization Form, and all the original packaging in a box suitable for shipping, seal it up and ship it to the address given to you
- How to ship it? On your original invoice, find the total price you paid for the item being returned.
NOTE: Rings bearing personalized engraving, alteration or damage of any kind,
regardless of by whom, are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

by 5 p.m. EST. We ship all of our in-stock rings via FedEx or UPS overnight for afternoon
delivery. And shipping is always free with your order.
We will notify you via email when your order is placed, and again when your order is shipped, with a FedEx or UPS tracking number.
Some sizes are made to order (these are clearly marked on the product detail page) and require 4 days for custom sizing. If you
order a custom ring size, it will be shipped via free overnight FedEx or UPS
