| Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer and we will do our best to make this happen during the first thirty (30) days after receipt of your product, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your purchased item for a refund or exchange for the same item. If you choose to make such a return for replacement or exchange, your credit card will be billed an additional $20 to cover handling and shipping cost of sending you the replacement piece of jewelry. If you choose to simply return an item for refund, we will refund the original purchase price less $15 original shipping cost.
NOTE : Rings bearing personalized engraving, alteration or damage of any kind,
regardless of by whom, are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

To return any PlatinumOvernight item from any location within the USA, follow this simple three- step process:
- Fill out our Return Authorization Form. To download our Return Authorization Form, please right click and save as .PDF Format OR .DOC format.
- Place the item, the Return Authorization Form, and all the original packaging in a box suitable for shipping, seal it up and ship it to the address given to you
- How to ship it? On your original invoice, find the total price you paid for the item being returned.
NOTE: It is very important that you fully insure your return shipment as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage during shipment to us. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. |
